<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method and device therefor, capable of obtaining a molded article having sufficient strength and avoiding defect generation while avoiding enlargement or weight increase of the device and the sky-rocketing cost in equipment investment in injection molding. <P>SOLUTION: A molten resin circulating a flow path is made to be at higher temperature than that when melted in an injection molding machine 32 and the viscosity thereof is lowered by passing through a temperature-rising part 40. In such a case where a static mixer 54 is disposed in the temperature-rising part 40, the molten resin flows in the temperature-rising part 40 while being agitated. Thereby, the generation of temperature unevenness is avoided in the molten resin and thus, the viscosity thereof is approximately uniformized. As a result, the high-temperature and viscosity-lowered molten resin is introduced into a product section 50 after passing through a stringiness-preventive part 42, sprue 44, slug well 86, runner 46 and gate 48. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
