<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce collision probability of packet signals if a communication volume increases. <P>SOLUTION: By the repetition of frames at least including a plurality of slots, communication among a plurality of other radio devices is made at a predetermined slot. A detector unit 32 detects a slot in which a collision occurs by the overlaid transmission of signals from the plurality of other radio devices. A modulation/demodulation unit 24 and an RF unit 22 report information related to the detected slot. At this time, in the detector unit 32, a power measurement unit 38 measures reception power relative to the plurality of slots, and a quality measurement unit 40 measures signal quality relative to the plurality of slots.
