<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve higher definition printing. <P>SOLUTION: An inkjet head 1 includes: a piezoelectric member 23 having a plurality of pressure chambers 36 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the piezoelectric member 23; a substrate 20 to which the piezoelectric member 23 is adhered; a frame member 21 adhered to the substrate 20 and a nozzle plate 22 and surrounding the piezoelectric member 23; the nozzle plate 22 having a plurality of nozzles 33; an ink supply path 41; an ink discharge path 42; supply holes 29 provided in the substrate and adjacent to both ends of the piezoelectric member 23; discharge holes 30 provided in the substrate and adjacent to both ends of the piezoelectric member 23; and an ink supply device 2 circulating an ink in a common liquid chamber 24. The ink supply path 41 and the ink discharge path 42 are formed in such a way that the pressure loss resistance of the ink supply path 41 is equal to the pressure loss resistance of the ink discharge path 42 and the pressures of the plurality of nozzles 33 are constant when the ink is ejected or not ejected from the nozzles 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
