摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method in which an organic layer is applied and laminated uniformly on an organic layer having a low surface free energy, and to provide an organic electroluminescent element in which rectification ratio and uneven light emission are improved. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an organic electroluminescent element having a pair of electrode, and a plurality of organic layers including a luminous layer on a substrate, at least a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, a luminous layer, and an electron transport layer are formed in this order by using a wet process. Among a plurality of organic layers, the layer having a surface free energy of 49 mJ/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or less is the first organic layer, and the layer just on the first organic layer is the second organic layer. After the first organic layer is applied with a dry thickness of 30-60 nm, the second organic layer is applied with a dry thickness of 10-30 nm, and then the first and second organic layers are heated and dried collectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p>
