PURPOSE:To continuously and safely bake a cooking ingredient by providing the heating coil side of an inverter unit under the lower side of a heat receiving plate at the predetermined gap, and baking one side of the ingredient on the heat receiving plate under transfer. CONSTITUTION:An inverter unit with a built-in electromagnetic heating coil 1 and cooling fan 3 is used as a heating mechanism. A transfer section is so constituted that a chain belt 4 is extended around a machine frame 5 in such a way as freely driven for a travel in a constant horizontal direction, and fitted with many heat receiving plates 2. Also, the electrode heating coil 1 of the inverter unit is positioned below the under side of the plates 2 on the transfer mechanism at a gap F of approximately 10mm. Electric power is supplied to drive the mechanism, and concurrently the coil 1 is electrically energized. Consequently, an electromagnetic effect is generated in the coil 1, and the plates 2 on the chain belt 4 are heated to give a temperature rise quickly. One side of a cooking ingredient placed on the plates 2, therefore, can thereby be baked. |
