<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dry anchovies using deep ocean water, wherein the method comprises: a foreign material removing step of removing foreign materials included in anchovies; a washing step of washing the anchovies, from which the foreign materials have been removed, with deep ocean water; an immersing step of immersing the anchovies, which have been washed in the washing step, in deep ocean water; and a drying step of drying the anchovies, which contain through the immersing step. The anchovies manufactured through the above steps are rich in inorganic nutrients and minerals contained in the deep ocean water, and thus are beneficial for the human body and can promote health.</p> |
