DIAGNOSTIC PRIMER SET FOR IRIS YELLOW SPOT VIRUS AND THEIR USE

The present invention provides a primer set for diagnosing the iris yellow spot virus and a kit for diagnosing the iris yellow spot virus including the same. A primer for diagnosing the iris yellow spot virus of the present invention uses a nucleotide sequence that specifically bonds to the virus so that the virus or virus nucleic acid can be diagnosed early with accurate sensitivity even though a minimal quantity of the virus or virus nucleic acid exists. The present invention provides a method for diagnosing the iris yellow spot virus. When the method of the present invention is used, detection sensitivity is increased 1,000 times or more compared to a conventional diagnosing method using an antiserum, so that the method can be very usefully used in inspecting imported plants.
