<p>The present invention provides an apparatus for opening and closing a cargo box, which is capable of quickly and stably opening and closing an input hole of the cargo box storing objects to be transferred when opening and closing the input hole of the cargo box and, particularly, improving airtightness in order not to emit an odor, discharged from the inside of the cargo box, to the outside when closing the input hole. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an apparatus for opening and closing a cargo box opens and closes an input hole (3) of the cargo box (4), which is mounted on a vehicle (2) to transport objects to be transferred, has an upper part with the input hole (3) to put objects to be transferred, and has one side with a discharge hole to discharge objects to be transferred. Each of covers (5) is provided on an upper part of the cargo box (4) to open and close the input hole (3), and is arranged to be guided along a guide rail (6) provided on an upper surface of the cargo box (4) to reciprocate from the outside to an input hole (3) side. Bearings (7) are axially coupled to one side of the cover (5), wherein the bearings idle in a state of being positioned inside a guide groove formed in the guide rail (6). A rack gear (10) is provided on the other side of the cover to engage with a pinion gear (9) rotating by receiving the rotational power of motors (8) to convert a rotary motion of the pinion gear (9) into a linear reciprocating motion. A ring-shaped sealing ring (11) is provided on the inner side of the input hole (3) to be in close contact with the bottom surfaces of the covers (5) to seal up the inside of the cargo box (4).</p> |
