摘要 The present invention relates to: a mutant polypeptide of succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase; an expressed nucleic acid molecule; a recombinant vector; a transformant; and a method for producing a variant polypeptide or 3-hydroxypropionate acid using same. More specifically, the present invention relates to: the mutant succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase of which one or more amino acids from amino acids in positions of 201-210, 266-272, and 332-340 are mutated from a primary amino acid sequence of SED ID: 1. According to the present invention, the mutant succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase into which point mutations are introduced exhibits higher 3-HP activity in recombinant E.coli than that of the prior succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase derived from Cupriavidus necator previously known. Therefore, the mutant succinate semialdehyde dehydrogenase can increase 3-HP productivity.
