<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack and a receiving implement of the same which are capable of responding to a multi-product production having high productivity without changing the receiving implement according to a type of the battery pack when an operation is performed in which the battery pack is held from both sides in a lamination direction and lifted upward by the receiving implement having a clamp claw in a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: A rib structure 33 (more specifically main rib 33A (133A)) is disposed at a central portion of each end plate 3, 3 in a horizontal direction of a flat surface that is the opposite side of a side facing secondary batteries 2, 2, ..., and has a shape adapted to a shape of clamp claws 52, 52 that is formed in receiving implements 50, 50 in which a battery pack 1 is held from both sides in a lamination direction and lifted upward.
