摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a magnesium alloy member, capable of manufacturing the magnesium alloy member which has an anticorrosion layer and to which press working is executed with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A rolled coil material obtained by winding a long rolled plate of a magnesium alloy is rewound, a stock plate 100 is introduced to a pretreatment mechanism 20, an obtained pretreated plate (surface conditioned plate 103) is introduced to a chemical conversion treatment mechanism 30, and after this pretreatment, anticorrosion treatment is executed to the pretreated plate. The obtained anticorrosion treated plate (chemical conversion treated plate 104) is introduced to a press mechanism 40 without being wound, progressive press working is executed to the chemical conversion treated plate 104 following the anticorrosion treatment, and the magnesium alloy member 10 is manufactured. By executing the anticorrosion treatment to a plate material, the anticorrosion treatment is easily executed. Further, by performing the progressive press working following the anticorrosion treatment, a process of arranging a press material to a tool for the anticorrosion treatment or the like is eliminated.
