<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make asbestos in a non-scattering state in advance when performing detoxification treatment of asbestos, and to maintain asbestos in a safe state during detoxification operation or until the detoxification treatment. <P>SOLUTION: A method of treatment for preventing scattering of asbestos includes: a first step of mixing the asbestos (including an asbestos-containing secondary material) into a water-glass liquid; a second step of adding alcohol to the water-glass liquid; a third step of agitating until the water glass and the alcohol are reactively solidified while incorporating the asbestos; and a fourth step of removing moisture by pressurizing the obtained solidified object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
