摘要 The present invention relates to an assembly of homogenization multispeed interval rotator for hydrated cement materials consisting of an electronic section comprising a power supply unit with a timer (2) or a microprocessor (3) with an interruption relay that controls interrupted multispeed rotation of a mechanical part composed of a motor drive, coupled with a rotating frame (7) on a stand (4). The horizontal axis of the rotating frame (7) rotation is supported by a fixed stand (4) and samples with material are introduced into the rotating frame (7). The rotating frame (7) is provided with a centering device consisting of two groups of four adjusting screws (9) situated on opposite sides of the rotating frame (7) and a group of two adjustable side plates (10) situated parallel to the adjusting screws (9). The adjusting screws (9) ensure vertical and the side plates (10) horizontal centering of molds (11) with samples. The invention also relates to a method of carrying a multispeed rotation using the rotator assembly according to a preliminary measured segregation curve and a determined degree of homogeneity of the hydrated cement material. The assembly is optimized to a decelerating rheology of hydrated materials and is intended particularly for cast material of cement origin, for which it ensures exact laboratory preparation of highly homogeneous samples with a high proportion of water.
