COMPLEX SCAFFOLD COMPRISING NANOFIBER WITH NANOPARTICLE TO DRUG-DELIVERY FOR ARTIFICIAL SKIN AND FILLER, AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The present invention relates to: a complex scaffold for artificial skin and a filler, comprising biodegradable nanofiber and positively charged nanoparticles for transferring a medicinal substance which are attached to the same nanofiber; and a method for producing the same complex scaffold. The complex scaffold is highly adhesive to cells, has low cytotoxicity, slowly releases the medicinal substance, and thus can be advantageously used as the artificial skin and the filler. The method includes the steps of: 1) producing the positively charged nanoparticles; 2) producing the biodegradable nanofiber by dissolving a biodegradable polymer with an organic solvent; and 3) producing the nanoparticle-nanofiber complex scaffold by inserting the positively charged nanoparticles in the biodegradable nanofiber.
