The present invention relates to a motor driving device employing driver synchronization. The motor driving device comprises: a main power unit supplying commercial power; a driver power output unit comprising a master inverter line and multiple follower inverter lines each of which includes a first switch, an inverter, a filter for the output of the inverter, and a second switch, a third switch on an output terminal, wherein the driver power output unit is connected to the main power unit in parallel and converts the commercial power into an alternating current to output the alternating current; and a motor driven at a variable speed in accordance to an alternating current power supplied by being connected and coming in contact with the third switch. The device cuts off the master driver line via the first and second switches, in case the master inverter of the master inverter line breaks down during power output through the driver power output unit; supplies power to the motor by changing one of follower inverter lines into the master driver line; and is capable of supplying power to the motor without the operation break of a facility by cutting off the follower driver line corresponding to one of the follower inverters, in case the follower inverter breaks down during the power supply through the driver power output unit. |
