The present invention relates to an LED flat panel type lighting device comprising: an LED flat panel type lighting module wherein a receiving groove to receive an LED and a reflection plane to reflect light emitted from the LED are formed on a light guide plate. A plurality of LED flat panel type lighting modules is arrayed not to generate a hot-spot, a dead-zone, etc. on the top of the LED. The LED flat panel type lighting device according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of LED flat panel type lighting modules which are arrayed in one direction. The plurality of LED flat panel type lighting module comprises; a plurality of LEDs; a circuit board wherein the LED is mounted; a light guide plate which guides light emitted from the LED and outputs the light; and a reflective sheet which is included on the lower side of the light guide plate. The light guide plate guides the light emitted from the LED by internal total reflection and comprises; a guide unit which includes a pattern to output the guided light to the upper side; a receiving groove which is protruding from one side of the guide unit and receives the LED in the lower part thereof; and a protrusion unit having a reflection plane which reflects the light emitted from the LED received in the receiving groove to be biased to the guide unit. The guide unit of one LED flat panel type lighting module among the LED flat panel type lighting modules is arrayed to cover the protrusion unit of another adjacent LED flat panel type lighting module.
