The present invention relates to an adhesive sheet for construction and a method of manufacturing the same. Provided is an adhesive sheet for construction which includes a silicone-treated release paper; an edge line-printed on the upper surface of the release paper along a circumference of a form unit to have a predetermined height; and a form unit screen-printed on the upper surface of the release paper inside the edge to have a texture. According to the present invention, the adhesive sheet for construction can thickly be stacked while having sufficient durability, can form a stable printed layer even with respect to big size, and can realize a unique texture, thereby improving an interior design effect.
