Provided is a multi-layered ceramic capacitor to effectively reduce noise. The multi-layered ceramic capacitor includes a ceramic body which has stacked dielectric layers and a groove part which is concaved in a lower side in a width direction; first and second internal electrodes which are arranged to be alternately exposed through both sides of the ceramic body between the dielectric layers in the ceramic body; and a first and a second external electrode which are respectively formed in both cross sections of the ceramic body and are electrically connected to the first and the second internal electrode, respectively.
