<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sweet potato including a cheese stick. The method includes: a first step of making both sides of the sweet potato open; a second step of inserting the cheese stick through the open sides of the sweet potato; a third step of closing the open both sides of the sweet potato with rice cakes to prevent the cheese stick from being separated from the sweet potato; and a fourth step of applying edible adhesive porridge on an outer circumferential side of the rice cakes to fixate the cheese stick with the rice cakes and the sweet potato. The sweet potato including a cheese stick includes nutrients rich in sweet potatoes and includes vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, niacin, calcium or the like contained in cheese. Therefore, the sweet potato including a cheese stick, as a common food material, can provide nutrients to people such as growing children, elderly people, and patients who need a certain nutrient or are on a poor diet that lacks a certain nutrient.</p> |
