An aboveground liquid storage tank according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an independent inner tank which has a space for storing objects; and an outer tank, wherein a first outer tank wall is installed on at least one among the front, rear, left, and right of the independent inner tank to form a side wall, a fourth outer tank wall is installed on the top of the independent inner tank to form a roof, and a second or fifth outer tank wall is installed on the top or bottom of the independent inner tank to form the roof or a floor. The aboveground liquid storage tank according to the present invention reduces installation costs and time and labor force by modulating the outer tank walls without the installation and dismantlement of an additional form, thereby reducing construction time and costs.
