The present invention relates to a tourist guide device using a smart phone, and more particularly, to a tourist guide device for manufacturing an electric photoalbum for each tourist attraction, which stores a pattern code, a pattern code recognition module which can recognize the pattern code, a map on which the pattern code is printed, and an image which is photographed in a tourist attraction. According to the present invention, the tourist guide device using the smart phone comprises: a code recognition module which has one end on which a USB mounted on a USB port of the smart phone is formed and the other end on which a detection unit is formed and detects a pattern code of a tourist guide map to transmit a corresponding signal to the smart phone; the tourist guide map which is printed by using carbon component-containing ink and on which the pattern code to which a unique identification number is given is printed; and an SD card which is controlled to store an image photographed by the smart phone for each theme, tourist attraction, or tourist date to manufacture an electric photoalbum. The code recognition module, the tourist guide map, and the SD card can be packaged to provide a tourist guide product.
