An implantable medical device with a reservoir including a movable reservoir member, a fill port in fluid communication with the reservoir, and a valve that includes a housing including an opening in fluid communication with the fill port and the reservoir and a valve seat adjacent to the opening, and a valve element, operably connected to the movable reservoir member, that is movable relative to the valve seat between a closed position and an open. One of the valve seat and the valve element includes a main portion and a seal portion that is less tacky than the main portion and is in contact with the other of the valve seat and the valve element when the valve element is in the closed position.

a reservoir including a movable reservoir member that is movable between a reservoir full position and a reservoir empty position; a fill port in fluid communication with the reservoir; and a valve that includes
a housing including an opening in fluid communication with the fill port and the reservoir and a valve seat adjacent to the opening, anda valve element, operably connected to the movable reservoir member, that is movable relative to the valve seat between a closed position where the valve element engages the valve seat to prevent flow through the opening and an open position where the valve element is in spaced relation to the valve seat to allow flow through the opening,wherein one of the valve seat and the valve element includes a main portion and a seal portion that is less tacky than the main portion and is in contact with the other of the valve seat and the valve element when the valve element is in the closed position.
