The present invention relates to a ceramic seedling plate for cultivating seaweed and a method for manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a ceramic seedling plate for cultivating seaweed and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the seedling plate is molded by using a ceramic material, which is an eco-friendly material, such that the seedling plate has a plurality of pores therein to continuously supply external air, thereby promoting the growth of seaweed and enhancing the durability, and seedling culture rooms are fixed in concave grooves formed in a housing, thereby increasing the output per unit area, enhancing the durability, and having no fear of causing marine pollution. The present invention comprises: a first step of mixing 38±3 wt% of samoto, 20±5 wt% of kaolin, 12±3 wt% of silica stone, 7±3 wt% of potash feldspar and 23±3 wt% of heat-resistant clay, injecting 21±2 wt% of water, based on the total weight, and milling the mixture in a vacuum pugmill three times or more, thereby blending the raw materials; a second step (10) of packaging the blended raw materials, followed by aging for 5 days; a third step (15) of molding the aged raw materials into a seedling plate with a specific shape; a fourth step (20) of putting the molded seedling plate in a wetting room, followed by drying for at least 150 hours; and a fifth step of slowly heating the dried seedling plate in a kiln at room temperature to 400°C for 12 hours, firing the seedling plate at 400°C-1,000°C for 8 hours, and at 1,000°C-1,250°C for 6 hours such that the absorption rate is 8±2%, and shocking at 1,250°C for 2 hours, thereby equalizing the internal and external sintered states of the seedling plate (30). |
