<p>PURPOSE: A device for processing an electronic document for a bank task and a method thereof are provided to use the electronic document instead of a paper form, thereby rapidly processing a task. CONSTITUTION: When electronic document data is inputted from a client, a first terminal(10) issues a waiting number and transmits the electronic document data to a management server(20) with the waiting number. When the waiting number is called, the management server transmits the electronic document data corresponding to the waiting number to a second terminal(30). The second terminal transmits the final electronic document data to a teller terminal(40). The teller terminal processes a bank task based on the final electronic document data.
