<p>Disclosed is a real-time arbitrary transformation enabled ultra-formable spatial assembly system, and a building forming method and a spatial transforming method thereby. The system includes: a base frame unit having a plurality of columns and a ceiling supported by the columns; a module unit located between the columns and the ceiling, forming a wall, and including a plurality of modules used for forming a plurality of just-in-time facilities in a building formed by the walls; a driving unit installed under the module unit and the base frame unit and having a plurality of actuators driving so that the modules of the module unit and the base frame unit vertically move; and a server system forming the just-in-time facility in the building or a building by vertically moving the modules of the module unit and the base frame unit by controlling the driving unit by a user command. Herein, in a state where the base frame unit, the module unit, and the driving unit are installed under the ground at the initial stage, the modules of the base frame unit and the module unit vertically move and rise up above ground by the control of the server system to form the building and the just-in-time facility in the building.</p> |
