<p>Provided in the present invention is an apparatus for predicting a gap between a rudder stock and a neck bearing for a ship, which comprises: a rudder stock which penetrates a rudder trunk in order to rotate; a neck bearing which is installed inside the rudder trunk and guides the rotation of the rudder stock; a pressurizing unit which is placed around the rudder stock, and pressurizes the rudder stock in order to turn along the pressurizing direction; a gap measuring unit which measures a gap between the rudder stock and the neck bearing; and a gap predicting unit which saves pressurizing force applying to the rudder stock through the pressurizing unit, and the gap varying according to the pressurizing force.</p> |
