Disclosed are a preform and a method for manufacturing a mixing container using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the preform on which a pair of openings are formed is provided. Therefore, the mixing container having a pair of openings formed thereon can be manufactured in an easy manner. The openings are supported by a pair of fixating molds during a process of molding the mixing container using the preform. Therefore, the shape of the openings is prevented from being changed. Accordingly, a standardized stopper can be used for the mixing container. The mixing container can have an enhancement function by easily mixing different materials and can increase satisfaction of use.
