<p>The present invention relates to a DC-DC converter which can detect short-circuit between an input power line and a control signal line to prevent an organic electroluminescent device from being malfunctioned, an organic electroluminescent device including the same, and a method for operating the same. According to the present invention, the DC-DC converter comprises: a buck-boost unit which receives an input power through an input power line to output a first power which is obtained by boosting the input power and a second power which is obtained by deboosting the input power; and a short-circuit detection unit which detects short-circuit between the input power line and the control signal line to turn the buck-boost unit off when the short-circuit between the input power line and the control signal line occurs.</p> |
