<p>In the present invention, provided is a medical retractor which secures stability by preventing the contraction of the retractor while operating surgeries. In the medical retractor of the present invention, the engagement of a locking pinion and a guide rail is maintained by a locking brake tool, accordingly which prevents the loss of adjacent nerve and muscle by preventing movement of a mobile retractor body, when external force like muscle contraction or abrasion of rack gears is generated, thereby improving stability and reliability.</p> |
