A method for dehydrating food essentially based on the centrifugation of food loaded in a detachable type punched basket or drum which accommodates a product to be dried, and the operation at several rotational rates, which are established by a driving shaft included in a centrifuge, for a period set according to the request for each product, comprises the steps of: fixing or binding a punched basket, before starting a centrifugation operation; continuously controlling the loading balance during the entire centrifugation; and completely stopping the centrifugal process when the loading imbalance is detected. |
