FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of organic chemistry, namely to hydrophilic polymer compound, including polymer compound, which inhibits platelet adhesion, and compound, inhibiting blood clotting reaction, covalently bound with said polymer compound, where said polymer compound, inhibiting platelet adhesion, represents copolymer of monomers, selected from the group, consisting of vinylacetate, vinylpyrrolidone and siloxane, with said copolymer having amino group for formation of covalent bond with compound, inhibiting blood clotting; and where compound, inhibiting blood clotting reaction, represents compound, expressed by general formula (I), where Rrepresents (2R,4R)-4-alkyl-2-carboxy-piperidino group, Rrepresents 1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoline, substituted with lower alkyl group.
