The method involves shaping a radial inner region (102) of a workpiece (100) by a stamper (30) and a die (20) by a deep-drawing process in an axial direction such that a shaped axial portion (106) is formed. The workpiece is rotated about the central axis during shaping of the radial inner region. A radial outer region (104) of the workpiece is pressurized by a shaping roller (40) during rotation of the workpiece and shaping of the radial inner region such that a material flow is produced towards the radial inner region, where the shaping roller is set towards the radial inner region. The shaped axial portion is designed as a bowl-shaped inner area or a sleeve-shaped inner area. An independent claim is also included for a device for shaping a workpiece. |
