A system applied with a measurement method for visualizing data measured in the ocean in a 3D shape enables a user to search observation information among various data collected from the ocean on the web, the observation information which minimizes and stabilizes an effect to a buoy device by attenuating wave energy which hits the buoy device, which is a marine structure, and which includes buoy trace searching, tidal current, ocean current etc. represented in a 3D shape by being linked to a basic global map. |
