The present invention relates to a dissimilar metal welding method comprising: a step of preparing a dissimilar metal bus-bar wherein a second member in the plate form consisting of second metal is arranged in the lower side of a first member in the plate form consisting of first metal; a step of locating a part of the second member in the upper side of a part of the first member by folding one lateral side of the dissimilar metal bus-bar; a step of welding a lead consisting of the first metal in the upper side of the first member; and a step of welding a lead consisting of the second metal in the second member located in the upper side of a part of the first member. The present invention has the advantage of solving the problem such as a rapid progress of the corrosion rate or cracking in a conventional welding method, having excellent economical efficiency by welding clad metal in an over-lay method with a lead, and improving the convenience of a welding method.
