The present invention relates to a method of establishing mark data on a purchase-requested book in which the arrangement costs of purchased books can be reduced, business efficiency can be improved, the efficiency and propriety of a book purchase can be improved, and the squandering of book purchase costs can be also prevented by preventing a duplicate purchase with respect to an already possessed book. The method comprises: a book language selecting step of establishing a language database distinguishing languages into a language which requires a spacing and a language that does not require a spacing, and selecting a language for a purchase-requested book title; a purchase book inputting step of inputting the purchase-requested book title, displaying a previously received book title in the left side and the right side of an input cell of the book title when inputting the book title, displaying a processed result of the previously received book title when clicking the displayed book title, distinguishing books into a book that is already received and is requested for a purchase or a book that is requested for a purchase but is rejected, and marking a purchase rejection reason in the purchase-rejected book; a writing-together changing step of extracting nouns from the book title with respect to the language requiring the spacing in the purchase-required book title and writing all together; a weighted value extracting step of extracting nouns from the book title with respect to the language that does not require spacing, and giving a noun in the book title a weighted point of 2 and giving non-nouns in addition to a post-position a weighted point of 1; and a book information comparing step of comparing the purchase-requested book completed with the weighted value extracting step and a book information DB already possessed in library. |
