The present invention relates to a remote control system which includes a remote controller and a controlled device using a two-wired cable. The controlled device comprises a power pulse generator which changes a direct current of a first voltage into a pulse shape to generate power pulse and outputs it; a level limit inputting device which inputs a signal pulse of a second voltage received from the remove controller through a wire; and a first microprocessor which applies the generation signal of power pulse to the power pulse generator, reads signal pulse received from the level limit inputting device, and controls the operation of the controlled device. The remote controller comprises at least two switches for controlling the operation of the controlled device; a power convertor which changes the power pulse of a first voltage supplied through a wire into a current of a second voltage; a signal pulse generator which generates the signal pulse of the second voltage and outputs it to the wire; and a microprocessor which operates by receiving the direct current of the second voltage from the power convertor as a power source, and applies the generation signal of the signal pulse to a signal pulse generator to generate signal pulse of a predetermined shape according to an input signal from switches. Power is supplied from a controlled device to a remote controller when the power pulse is in a period of ON. The signal pulse from the remove controller is inputted to the controlled device when the power pulse is in a period of OFF. |
