<p>The design consists of the visual features of the Modular Guitar as shown in the drawings, whether those features are features of one of shape, pattern, ornament, or configuration, or are a combination of any of these features. The most significant features of the design are the modular 'wing' body panels and their corresponding mounting platforms; the 'nose' or 'headstock', which is distinctly curved; and the convex longitudinal edge profiling the neck and fingerboard of the Modular Guitar.Figure 1 is a perspective view of the Modular Guitar design;Figure 2 is a perspective view of the Modular Guitar design with 'wing' panels detached;Figure 3 is a front view of the Modular Guitar design;Figure 4 is a front view of the Modular Guitar design with 'wing' panels detached;Figure 5 is a rear/back view of the Modular Guitar design;Figure 6 is a left-side view of the Modular Guitar design, and,Figure 7 is a right-side view of the Modular Guitar design.</p> |
