FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining naftifine [(2E)-N-methyl-N-(naphthalin -1-ylmethyl)-3-phenylprop-2-eene-1-amine]. Naftifine is antifungal medication, applied in medicine for treatment of various mycoses. Naftifine is obtained by Fe-catalysed combination of (2E)-3-chloro-N-methyl-N-(naphthalin-1-ylmethyl)prop-2-ene-1-amine with phenylmagnesiumhalogenide in aprotic solvent in inert gas atmosphere in presence of iron (III) salt.EFFECT: higher naftifine output, reduction of number of the process stages, low cost and low toxicity of catalyst.6 cl, 9 ex |
