PURPOSE: To improve cooling efficiency of a magnetron by forming several projecting and recessed embossings on a main plane of a cooling fin in symmetrical relationship with one another, and by fixedly laminating recessed and projecting parts to be oppositely disposed. CONSTITUTION: Several projecting embossings 2a and several recessed embossings 2a' are mutually oppositely formed on a main plane between an anode support part 2c and vertical wall 2d of a cooling fin. A plurality of the cooling fins are laminated on the outer peripheral face of an anode so that the projecting embossing 2a and the recessed embossing 2a' are opposed to each other, and are fixed by welding or the like to constitute a magnetron cooling device. Since an air inflow path between the cooling fins is formed in a zigzag, cooling air receives pressure according to the degree that it flows into the rear side of the anode. Therefore, the peeling phenomenon does not occur, and thermal deformation due to temperature difference between the front and rear side of the anode is suppressed. The cooling air vigorously generates friction against the surface of the cooling fin to increase cooling efficiency.
