The clothes for rescuers operating under extremely seismically dangerous conditions in northern latitudes consist of a jacket for protection against mechanical impacts, a bib overall, a vest and a rescuer headpiece. The protective jacket has a central flare zipper fastener covered with a snapped wind-protection flapper, side and vertical zipped slash pockets, a volume patch pocket for a portable radio set and a slash zipped pocket on the shoulder yoke to the left and to the right accordingly; on the right sleeve there is a set-in pocket with a flap while on the jacket back there is the inscription "EMERCOM OF RUSSIA". At the bottom, the jacket is tensioned with a cord with fixtures; the sleeves bottom is trimmed with cuffs tensioned with an elastic band and a strap with a textile fastener; the stitched-in hood to be accommodated in the collar pocket can be adjusted along the face cut with the help of an elastic cord; reflective strips are sewn on along the breast line, along the jacket bottom, in the front and on the back as well as along the sleeve bottom.
