A nanosolar cell according to an embodiment of the present invention includes vertical nanowire structures formed on a substrate. The nanowire structure includes a first conductivity type semiconductor of vertical nanowire shape grown on a substrate; a multiple quantum well structure layer grown in the circumference direction of the first conductivity type semiconductor; a quantum dot which is formed in the multiple quantum well structure layer and has a droplet shape; a nanometal which is formed on the surface of the nanowire structure; and a second conductivity type semiconductor grown on the multiple quantum well structure layer. According to the present invention, surface area used for the light absorption of the nanosolar cell is increased, and the energy efficiency of the solar cell can be improved by increasing internal quantum efficiency and preventing reflectivity.
