<p>The present invention relates to a tin film solar cell. Instead of existing manufacture of forming a buffer layer, a transparent electrode, a grid electrode in the upper part of a light absorption layer, a buffer layer, a buffer layer, a transparent electrode, and a grid electrode are formed on the lower side of CIGS without forming a transparent electrode in the upper part of the light absorption layer, thereby directly emitting sunlight to the light absorption layer without an obstacle, and shortening the moving distance of electrons and holes to an electrode and a buffer layer. The electrons and holes are generated by patterning a first electrode and a buffer layer with an alternately spiral shape and absorbing light energy.</p> |
