PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cell having higher current density than a conventional one, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided the air cell which includes at least: a positive electrode; a negative electrode: and an electrolyte layer interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The electrolyte layer includes an electrolytic solution containing the ionic liquid and a separator. The separator includes a separator base material, and poly (3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)-polystyrene sulfonic acid impregnated into the separator base material. |
