PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for a fuel cell stack which securely fixes the fuel cell stack to an external load and reliably protects devices with a simple and compact structure.SOLUTION: In a fuel cell stack 14, multiple fuel cells 22 are laminated and a first end plate 28a and a second end plate 28b are disposed at both ends in a lamination direction. A mounting structure 10 of the invention includes a mount member 100 that is connected with the second end plate 28b and a frame member 20R. The mount member 100 includes a holding part 102 which is disposed across an upper surface and a lower surface of the second end plate 28b and is formed so as to have a c shaped cross section.
