PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle road traffic restriction information display system capable of certainly operating a road traffic restriction information display device while performing environmental protection, and to provide a vehicle including the same.SOLUTION: A road traffic restriction information display system 1 capable of being mounted in a vehicle 2 includes: a solar panel 20; a sub battery 32 storing power generated by the solar panel 20; a road traffic restriction information display device 10 displaying information related to road traffic restriction by power supplied from the sub battery 32; a solar charging control part 31 controlling charging to the sub battery 32 from the solar panel 20; and a charging control part 33 performing control to supply power generated by drive of a traveling power source 51 to the sub battery 32 to make the sub battery 32 be charged when a charge amount of a main battery 53 storing the power generated by the drive of the traveling power source 51 of the vehicle 2 is a first prescribed value or greater. |
