PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon coating method capable of coating while the thickness of a coating layer, pharmaceutical morphological types, etc. are being freely adjusted depending on balloon sites.SOLUTION: The provided method includes an immersion step of inserting a balloon 30 into a tubular member 160 capable of storing a coating solution R including a volatile solvent into which a water-insoluble pharmaceutical has been dissolved and then feeding the coating solution R into the gap between the outer surface of the balloon and the inner wall surface of the tubular member, a draw-up step of drawing up the balloon 30 from the tubular member 160 by mobilizing the balloon 30 along the axial direction thereof, and a volatilization step of volatilizing the volatile solvent of the coating solution R adhered to the outer surface of the balloon 30. |
