摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer capable of calculating an average blood pressure value with respiratory variation added thereto.SOLUTION: The electronic sphygmomanometer takes out a pulse wave signal SM representing a pulse wave of a measured region superposed on a cuff pressure signal Pc, and acquires a line AL of pulse wave amplitude indicated by the pulse wave signal SM. The electric sphygmomanometer creates a first envelope EV1 connecting the amplitude thereof to the acquired line AL of the pulse wave amplitude. The electronic sphygmomanometer detects maximum points Lmax and minimum points Lmin in the first envelope EV1. The electronic sphygmomanometer creates a maximum point envelope EVmax, and a minimum point envelope EVmin connecting the amplitude thereof to the line of the amplitude corresponding to the maximum points Lmax and the minimum points Lmin. The electronic sphygmomanometer obtains respective two pressure values of points in which portions on a higher pressure side and a lower pressure side than maximum peaks of the maximum point envelope EVmax and the minimum point envelope EVmin cross first and second threshold value levels Ths, Thd, and calculates average values of the respective two pressure value thereof as systolic blood pressures BPsys, BPdia.
