The drainage system for processing rain water efficiently, is located over the underground parking place, positioned beneath the ground parking place or traffic road. The system located over a ground parking place (2) having the bottom surface with a bulged center position and side edge stones (3) for collecting rain water, comprises water collecting boxes (6) connected with draining holes near the edge stone (3) by draining pipe (7). The draining holes are formed at the lower side of the edge stone.
