An H3 equine influenza virus is provided to induce prophylactic or therapeutic reaction on the influenza infection. An H3 equine influenza virus comprises hemaglutinin(HA) having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 1 or HA having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 1. The H3 equine influenza virus comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of neuraminidase(NA) having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 2 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 2, PB1 having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 3 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 3, PB2 having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 4 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 4, PA having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 5 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 5, a nucleic acid protein(NP) having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 6 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 6, M1 having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 7 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 7, M2 having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 17 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 17, NS1 having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 8 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 8, and NS2 having a sequence of SEQ ID : NO. 18 or having a substantially same amino acid sequence to that of the SEQ ID : NO. 18.
