PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented multilayer black polyester film with excellent fire retardancy, having antistatic properties and high partial discharge voltage.SOLUTION: A biaxially oriented multilayer black polyester film is a multilayer polyester film having, at least on one outermost layer, a layer made of a polyester resin composition including an antistatic agent. The biaxially oriented multilayer black polyester film includes a black pigment in the film, a quotient (&Dgr;PD/T) of partial discharge voltage variation value &Dgr;PD and an outermost layer film thickness T(μm) is 0.5 or more defined by the following equation: &Dgr;PD=PDexp-(3.06×T+345). (In the equation, PDexp denotes a partial discharge voltage measurement value (V) of the polyester film, and T denotes thickness (μm) of the polyester film.) |
